Happy Birthday President Reagan! Living In The Age Of Reagan

Filed under: Ronald Reagan — Cato Uticensis @ 11:36 PM

February 6th is President Ronald Reagan’s birthday, he would have been 99 years old. If President Reagan were alive today he would be outraged to see that the White House has been turned into the Red House. He helped free millions of people who were prisoners of Marxist tyrants. Leftist traitors to the cause of freedom hate him.

There is without a doubt President Reagan influenced a generation of freedom loving Americans. Though President Reagan passed from this life June 5, 2004, the age of Reagan lives on! Ronald Reagan left an indelible impression upon millions of Americans both old and young, for you see President Reagan was a “great man, an historic leader and a national treasure.” Because of what he stood for and what he did we honor him today as the greatest president of the 20th century. God bless America and the memory of Ronald Reagan!

Ronald Reagan Speaks Out Against ObamaCare

Filed under: Healthcare,Ronald Reagan — Cato Uticensis @ 7:33 PM

No, I haven’t performed a miracle and resurrected Ronald Reagan to provide his take on the current health care debate. I didn’t have to, because the ideas underlying the current proposals, whether it is Obama Care, Pelosi Care or the Reid health care legislation, have been around for decades. This Reagan speech, from 1961, comes from the early days of the debate over Medicare and Medicaid. Well, here we are again. And, Reagan’s words are still ring true.

Until a national political figure steps forward to challenge the underlying flaws behind the Obama Administration’s policies, I’ll continue to look to our past for inspiration. Until someone will step forward to make the case for freedom, we can draw strength from past political giants who did.
