The Associated Press reported on October 29 how the White House exaggerated the stimulus job growth well now the White House has said the “stimulus plan has created or saved more than 1 million jobs”.

The White House says new job numbers will show the president’s economic stimulus plan has directly created or saved about 650,000 jobs.

A government oversight board will release the numbers later Friday, and White House economic adviser Jared Bernstein says officials have been told the figures. When adding in jobs linked to $288 billion in tax cuts, Bernstein says the stimulus plan has created or saved more than 1 million jobs.

The job numbers cover a huge swatch of spending by state and local governments, businesses and universities that received federal aid.

It is clear you cannot believe these clowns in the current White House Administration. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
